How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Fulfillment time may vary slightly because I'm only one person at the moment, however generally orders are filled within 5-7 days of payment.

Why can't I order from outside the US?
unfortunately, due to international tax and shipping law, all my international orders currently must be placed via etsy. I hope to change this in the future and will announce when the website can take international orders!

How long will it take for restock?

restock announcements will be posted to my Instagram Stories! Please note MANY items on the shop are limited run, and will not always be restocked.

My order arrived damaged!

I'm so sorry your order arrived damaged! Please send a video and multiple photos of the package condition and the items inside to yokaniart@gmail.com with "DAMAGED ORDER" in the subject. While shipped orders are not possible for full refunds, I will do my best to accommodate you. 

My order is lost?
